    I develop unique and functional interior designs, from designing structures to choosing decorative elements. My goal is to create a comfortable and harmonious space, taking into account all your wishes and budget.
  • Design of a residential building
    I design residential buildings, creating cozy and comfortable spaces taking into account all the needs of future residents. In my work I use classic and modern design solutions, and by involving related specialists I prepare a full working project for the implementation of construction.

Stages of work:
Acquaintance
We organize the first meeting.

Our task is to learn as much as possible about your wishes and project objectives,
the necessary functions and your preferences.
We give you a brief with questions to identify all the nuances and not forget anything.
We create a technical task based on your wishes.
Signing the contract.
A 20% advance payment from the first stage - the "Basic" package.
Measurement of the object and photographic recording
After signing the contract and making an advance payment, we go to the site to take measurements and photographs.
Development of planning solutions
Based on the data received, we make 2-4 layout solutions
and submit them to you for approval.
Perhaps you will like individual solutions from different layouts - then we combine them into one, make corrections and agree with you on the final version.
After agreeing on the final layout solution - we make drawings for redevelopment:
measured plan, dismantling plan, installation plan for new structures, as well as a furniture plan.
We give you a ready-made "Basic" design project.
Full payment for the first stage - "Basic" package - 80%.
Development of interior concept
Advance payment of 20% of the "3D visualization" package.
For a clearer idea of the future interior, we make collages for each room with a selection of examples of design solutions, as well as a selection of furniture, lighting, textiles, finishing materials and other interior details.
We place furniture and lighting on room plans.
We agree on the concept with you.
Development of 3D visualizations
Payment of 20% of the "3D visualization" package after agreeing on the interior concept.
We perform 3D visualizations of all rooms.
For each room, from 2 to 5 angles are performed, as needed.
We agree on the visualizations with you, if necessary, we make up to 2 general edits.
We present you with the final visualizations.
Full payment of the "3D visualization" package - 60%.
Development of architectural and construction drawings
Advance payment of 30% of the "Construction drawings" package. We produce all necessary working drawings for construction work, based on the concept and 3D visualizations of interiors:
  • plan measured after redevelopment
  • door opening plan and specification
  • furniture and equipment arrangement plan
  • 3D apartment furnishing schemes
  • furniture layouts
  • floor and ceiling plans
  • floor and ceiling finishing lists
  • heating, air conditioning and ventilation plans and layouts
  • electricity and lighting plans and layouts
  • electrical equipment and lighting lists
  • finishing plans and layouts
  • finishing materials and floor covering lists
  • detailed drawings of interior units and parts
  • detailed drawings and 3D schemes of individual furniture
At the stage of planning plumbing and electricity, we agree with you on all electrical and plumbing devices and their location, after which we make adjustments and complete the final drawings.
Delivery of the finished album to the client
Once all decisions are ready and agreed upon, we prepare a finished album with all drawings, visualizations and specifications.
You receive: 1 printed album in A3 format,
+1 printed album in A4 format,
+ USB flash drive with the project
(*with all completed drawings, collages and 3D visualizations),
which you can print in a format convenient for you and in the required quantity.

  • ON-LINE consultation
    • ON-LINE consultation is conducted in Zoom or any messenger, with the possibility of screen sharing.
    • You send photos, videos and other information on your question in advance.
    • We prepare a PDF file for you with a solution to your problem (plans, diagrams, collages), call you and discuss your question ON-LINE.
  • The format of the question can be different:
    • selection of real estate; possibilities for redevelopment of your real estate; "Home staging" for furnishing your home; or for preparing your real estate for rent or sale; selection of furniture or materials for your interior and more.

Для разработки схемы генерального плана Заказчик должен предоставить геодезическую топосъемку участка в М 1:500 (геодезия)
с нанесенными на ней коммуникациями и границами участка.
Топосъемка участка должна быть предоставлена в электронном виде в формате DWG (AutoCAD).

Для разработки стадии "Рабочая документация" Заказчик должен предоставить официальный отчет об инженерно-геологических изысканиях (геология грунтов)
на участке с глубиной разведки грунтов не менее 8 метров под пятном застройки будущего здания.
